Pharmacist Location: Dover, NJ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,861 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years recent experience in Pharmacy, preferably in a hospital setting License: NJ Pharmacy License required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Two years recent experience in Pharmacy - BLS certification from the American Heart Association - NJ Pharmacy license Description: The Pharmacist works in collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy. They compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physicians. The Pharmacist participates in Performance Improvement plans within the hospital. They consult with and advise Administration, Medical Staff, and hospital staff on quality, regulatory, and risk issues within the organization. The role involves supporting and serving as a consultant to all clinical and Medical Staff. The Pharmacist assists the Director in coordinating and implementing Pharmacy activities. They interpret medication orders, compound, and dispense medications and other pharmaceutical preparations per legal, ethical, and professional standards of pharmacy practice. The Pharmacist supervises technical support staff. They assist with clinical, quality management, and education programs. The role involves providing support for all departments concerning the care of all patients aged 18 through the geriatric population.
