Join a Growing, Founder-Led Pharmacy Group Where Stability Meets Opportunity
Boca Pharmacy Group is a stable, thoughtfully expanding independent pharmacy organization focused on regulatory excellence, patient-centered care, and sustainable growth. We're not a high-pressure chain—we prioritize operational consistency, team reliability, and long-term success. As we expand shipping capabilities and add state licensures, we're seeking a dedicated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our St. Louis location while contributing to multi-state compliance.
This is a long-term, hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced pharmacist who thrives in a structured, supportive environment and wants meaningful impact without burnout.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for the St. Louis pharmacy: Ensure full compliance with Missouri Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and federal regulations; maintain audit-ready policies, procedures, and documentation; act as primary contact for inspections and inquiries.
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee workflow, dispensing accuracy, and inventory; provide hands-on support alongside pharmacists and technicians to maintain high standards and efficiency.
- Drive Multi-State Compliance & Growth: Support licensure/renewals in MO, NY, CT, and emerging states; collaborate with leadership on expansion (e.g., non-resident pharmacy rules for shipping); stay ahead of state-specific requirements.
- Build & Lead the Team: Set clear expectations for performance, attendance, and compliance; mentor staff; escalate issues proactively in a collaborative founder-led setting.
Why Choose Boca Pharmacy Group?

Meaningful Work — Focus on compliance, patient safety, and team success in a patient-first independent setting.
Long-Term Fit — We're building for the future and value reliable leaders who want a stable home base.
